From my experience, this doesn't matter. My other play, MSEP, has been on the list forever and the MM's just ignore the SEC. They manipulate the stock so they make money at the expenseof the investors. The SEC has no teeth and does not enforce this rule. it would be nice if they did but they don't. Want to see good manipulation, check out the MSEP chart andlook how the MM's drove that stock down. They are doing it again today and we are all suffering. Sorry to get a little OT but I am pissed and frustrated at the abject corruption in the stock market!
