Tomi did release some news on the last couple 8K reports.

-retired the two convertible promissory notes pursuant to which it had borrowed $95,000 in April and May 2010

-Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Xinya Media Private Limited (Mr. Ah Kee Wee) bought some shares in November.

Be patient. News should be out soon IMO.
