excellent post Alleyba,but imo it falls on deaf ears,i am under the impression from another long shareholder that the company has pissed away close to 35 million dollars,hard to imagine that they have been able to get away with imo STEALING,because there is nothing to show the shareholders anything of substance for those expenditures,imo the sec is not the agency to call most likely the I.R.S. should get involved and was informed that if in fact there have been wrongdoings whatever is recovered the whistle blower gets 10%,maybe a way to recover some of our investment before the last few billion shares are gone along with the shareholders money,but again THIS IS NOT A SCAM it has had a great run for a select few for many years.
