The FDA has a Public Reading Room where you can go in person and view copies of all the response letters, right now.....they are all there. Although you cannot make copies, investors that do this will be able to know now , whether or not to get out and avoid the stampede...... before the lettes are finally made public. Many investors have already taken advantage of this option.
