I agree any dilution when the stock is in the double digits is fine by me. I think they would be well advised to wait until they can get at least $10 a share.
Seriously though they should look into doing some debt financing. They can use the royalty stream from RIDA as collateral. Cost of Debt is much lower than cost of equity.
