I was confused on this too...
Go back and read previous posts,
I found an explanation and it's out there somewhere :)

I do remember the trick was to look at that table that showed the steps of what is happening, along with the share count at each stage of the process.

Called that Marrow company again... they said no date has been set yet for the rights offering.
