It is very possible, but I think it is more probable that HNSS is holding company shares in a treasury and that these shares have not been retired yet. HNSS would have seen a much lower weighted O/S at the end of the year if the O/S were indeed around 85 million shares. Now if they reduced the O/S recently (after January 1), then it is entirely possible that the O/S is 85 million shares.
