As far as lawsuits, any firm of any value has multiple lawsuits going on at any time, some frivolous, some having merit. A $200,000 lawsuit is of no consequence to a firm expected to make hundreds of millions.

No firm or individual of any consequence would completely ignore a 200k lawsuit and allow a default, then lie about it having been settled.

Based on a few searches, I doubt Fox Bank is a meaningful operation beyond Richard Hall's imagination. Let me know what you find beyond a .org website. Richard seems to be involved in CA water. Of course, this is tangential to BGMO and ESoft. Its safe to say, ESoft has failed to produce a real investment into BGMO and HH is a magnet for the conmen.
