So what you are saying, and I want to make sure I understand, is that pinksheet stocks such as EXPH will be excluded from this manditory reporting of "short exemptions"?

If that is correct. Why are they being excluded? Is there something to hide down in pinky-land? Who wouldn't want that information to be reported?
