#44548 RE: bhonda #44545

That's not Unilava's URL, which is http://www.unilava.com/ I don't see any mention of MediaG3 as a "partner" on Unilava's website.

The URL posted here is a mirror of Unilava's website on MediaG3's website: http://www.mediag3.com/partners/MediaG3-Unilava-Home.htm

They did the same with Unilava's Telava subsidiaries and with GlobeTrack Wireless: http://www.mediag3.com/partners/MG3-GTWGPS-Home.htm

Because MDGC never announced the actual formation of the JV after the PR about the letter of intent to form one, it seems that the JV hasn't materialized. Certainly there has never been a valid claim that Unilava ever considered becoming a subsidiary of MDGC. If anything, it would have been the other way around.

These mirrored web pages don't prove anything. The other companies may not object because it just gives them more exposure and visits to their own site.

A lot of pinkies use these kinds of "partner" claims to make themselves look larger, but they usually try to tie themselves with prominent companies.

Perhaps the person who keeps posting that Unilava is a subsidiary is confusing it with Ohana Wireless, which originally bought Wytec and later sold to ADML Holdings which was purchased by MDGC.
