Mr Veve bought this company as a shell almost a year ago. He inherited the share structure the way it is. He has been trying to build the company up as a media company instead of the gold mining company it was before. I am sure that once some of these projects he has been working in this first year get going that he will figure out what to do about the share structure.

About a year ago, Mr. Veve take over this shell it was a mining company. The share structure was as it is now.

Its the only FACTUAL INFORMATION that is there about Verde Media in a Reverse Split.
