I just got wind of this as well and have started some digging although it's not that hard with the current information being posted.

That email from the drugstore saying they are going to have HRNF stop using their name in PR's is pretty damning in itself. The old buyback shares scam is always fun to watch.

Even if they did get the restriction lifted from the DTCC, doesn't mean they won't try and pull a fast one on it's shareholders still.

Why is it there are NO attorney letters for all of their Pink Sheet filings? They are going to need to get one if they want to become current information status.

Looking at their past they had a (21,104,606) net loss deficit...OUCH! Are they simply using shares to do a CD here?

Don't know since they don't file properly anymore. A company stops reporting to the SEC for a reason and that's to hide information from it's shareholders.

Hope people really open their eyes and wait for proper information before putting money into this as a solid investment.

Play it as a lotto play and that's it.
