All I see is people wanting to find something wrong. First off B2 Digital is a Pink Sheet listing it is not filing on the SEC. The 8-k form is a disclosure of information. You find where we have ever said it was filed with the Sec! This is the standard form that B2 has been using for years. All of our disclosure information is filed under the same manner why would just these two be an issue? The reason is that someones out in the wonderful world of using a false name seems to think that it might make a difference. I would think that we all have some thing else to do with our lives than to just find fault with others.
Again those filings are no different than all of the rest in form.So under this persons concept all our filings are wrong.From me that is pure bulls--t to just confuse people. Now if this person is a security attorney then have him call me and explain what is wrong with this form! If he is not an attorney then he should stick to what ever it is that he does correctly.
Chris, there is always going to be someone who finds fault. Please read! "The instructions for Form 8-k describe the types of events that trigger a public company's OBLIGATION to file a current event". This is a direct statement form the SEC. I have been told by two attorney's that it is ok to use this form and I have never been told by the SEC that this is incorrect. As I see it is our OBLIGATION to make Public events that we have posted to the best of our ability as Board Members of B2 Digital. I can assure you that this is not a job 99% of the people would even want. No matter what we do it will always have someone that finds fault. Worse of all is to answer a person of this type who has come up with such a stupid concept that shows they have no real understand of the public companys OBLIGATION.
