It's very easy to know why the SEC suspended them:

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of Supatcha because of questions that have been raised about the accuracy and adequacy of publicly disseminated information concerning, among other things, a geological report concerning the company’s mining prospects in Ukraine and a purported tender offer for the company’s outstanding shares.

A little more than a day left to go and we should have the new website up and running with live stream video from the Ukraine mines. lawjak, you are correct though in saying, NO ONE REALLY KNOWS FOR SURE except for the SEC and SAEI in regards to whats true or not true...and yes, this is a very unique board as far as discussions go and that tells me a lot too. I believe next week will be the tell all of whats to come with the company. Well, like some of us here, this is my one and only allowed post for the day so GLTU longs.
