wahz, there are so many better ways to gauge the market than to cruise message boards for sentiment. Flip a coin and you'll probably do just as well, IMO.
Sentiment is in put/call, VIX, VXN, QQV, Investor's Intelligence, and the like. Anything else is not very reliable, IMO.
When we look for indicators and tools to divine market direction, one of the important aspects is we need to know those tools are reliable and back-tested.
I guess I'm just saying I view message board sentiment as rather arbitrary.
