May 28, 2009 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- ZipGlobal Holdings, Inc., a blank check company, has signed a letter of intent to acquire the broadband LMDS technologies and business of MediaG3, Inc. Both the companies are based in the US.
Good try, but we had a different administration and different business plan at that time. Now, we have the right people and the right direction especially given the FCC's focus on broadband and the market's thirst for bandwidth.
Clearly, we are in the right place, at the right time, with the right direction. It's good to be MDGC!
Lets see here; what part of the winner's circle do you not understand? I am sticking with the winners!!! Val is a winner and he has a technology that was created by winners. Anyone that has shares of MDGC when the tests of the MeshGloble 5G are anounced to the world are all going to be winners. It is not to late to be a winner; all that is needed is a desire to be one!
