True, but unfortunately guilt by association is enough. The overall size of this sector may mean only a small percentage are guilty of some form of fraud but since many of those accused are the more actively followed stocks on messege boards and such, the perception of the problem is much worse IMO. For example, LTUS recently did a R/S I believe for the purpose of uplisting. Now they are only 2 cents away from losing that chance for now and I fully believe its due to the fallout from the negative press of others. May not be fair but its simply the way it is right now.
