Hey Koi. That's happened to me a couple time as I was trying to collect some shares. I've found the best chances I've had with my fills were on the days following the runs. On the more 'quiet days', I've only been able to get partial fills before an uptick....and it the UT brings additional buyers in, I then just have to sit and wait.
