If the judge is any "friend" at all then he will most likely advise Daic to SETTLE, because he knows how weak his case is and what a poor reputation he has already. Why would the judge want to put himself in the situation of going to trial, risking his credibility, career, livlihood to rule in Daic's favor? Don't think he would. So, if there's any truth at all to some improper relationship then I see settlement.
