They are looking at ways to reduce OS without using a RS

According to Sam, the company has a plan to eventually up-list WITHOUT a reverse split. That much I know.

In Sam's words..."We would only consider that if things were so bad that we were about to close the doors and turn off the lights. We never want to hurt our shareholders like that".

He couldn't give me details as that would be considered insider info. But I was very glad to hear what he shared.

I had been thinking lately that they'd have no other choice to get this moving, but I was wrong apparently. ;-)

Me and some other folks were talking about it late last year,
no R/S so only options I can think of are share buybacks and then retiring them, and maybe some others I can't think of
