As I have stated before, Canada does not pursue an NI43-101 on stocks which are posted outside the country. NWTT is on the U.S. exchange and is therefore completely off Canada's radar. It does not matter that the mine is in Canada, the N143-101 is to protect shareholders on a Canadian Stock Exchange.
A SURVEY would be an entirely different matter.
