Yeah I am not sure what that means as the practice of resignation in itself is not fraudulent, any terms can be used to resign, immediate, two week notice, whatever the party wishes. But I see nothing wrong with the way in which they resigned as the business had folded under at that point anyway. It was months behind, so far in debt with no revenues and no further funding coming in, so that will be interesting to see how BEHL wastes money on trying such a ridiculous notion.
