2Moores - great insight, probably something like you suggest, so I will be patient longer and hope for some announcement. I had posted a pondering some time ago if perhaps it might be related to the acquisition of the $5 million library they have sought for some time, since the multiples align, that is $5M for the library and 50M restricted shares, just a guess, who knows?
