No There wasn't any announcement about it. This company is Extremely Investor Friendly. All you have to do is send an Email to Jeff@mindtechnologies.com and Ask them anything you want, and they answer you back within the hour during weekdays. I've never had a question go unanswered. Never seen a Company so Investor Concious before. I think it's awesome.
