#126856 RE: Leafs007 #126855

They said they assayed a lot of Hole 2 for the elements lanthanum and cerium as path finders for REE s. Now they are 'fleshing out' the best sections for more REE s that they never asked for the first time. That's my interpretation of what the P R said.

I think the know alot before hand if you read about the samples and look at all the photos....

Cu, Au, U, Ag, Ce, La, Co, P,
F, Ba, Sr and REE

http://www.sidex.ca/Vpub/ArtLan/lanthanides-english.pdf

REE deposits are either primary
(carbonatite deposits, vein-type deposits,
polymetallic iron oxide deposits

http://www.sidex.ca/Vpub/ArtLan/lanthanides-english.pdf

The largest deposits are accompanied by large
hydrothermal systems characterized by magnetite,
hematite, chlorite, epidote, carbonates and albite

Anomalous concentrations of Cu, Au, U, Ag, Ce, La, Co, P,
F, Ba, Sr and REE

not to beat a dead horse, but....

"katx sent hole #1 to the lab and it had zilch!"

I thought the "hole #1 is a dud" theory was characterized as unsubstantiated.

please correct me if I am wrong.

here's the latest on that....

"The company is still waiting for the latest results from drill hole #2 on its Rusty Ridge project.
As stated before in a prior press release, results have been received from the upper 50m of the 334m of hole #2 but results have not been received from the remainder of the selected sections sent for analysis. In speaking with Actlabs who are doing the analysis of these samples it may still be a couple more weeks before results are received.
Another 102 new claims have been staked around the original Rusty Ridge claims in order to protect the area for future exploration."
