I especially like the part that says "The complaint alleges that LaBarre created SMATV accounts using fictitious business names and set up head-ends in undisclosed locations where the signals were resold and rebroadcast to residential customers. In one instance a SMATV account was set up at a lodge in Tusayan, Ariz. that had been torn down."

BTDG put out a PR claiming 1.5 Million ounces of PROVEN Reserves when the fake NI43-101 says Zero proven, possible or probable reserves.

The 43101 report has been covered here, but BTDG did put out press release there were reserves but the report says none.Should not they put out a press release admitting the error ?
