Why does Dean keep a device off site? What is the purpose of this? If I had a lab setup to run test why would I have any device offsite. Why would I risk it getting seen by outsiders not under my control? Its not like they have east AND west coast operations. We have all agreed to let the company pay $1.50 NNN a square foot for warehouse space that should cost only .75 or less in beautiful downtown Burbank.
