Is the potential target of 1 billion tons of potash originally mentioned by Farhad still the target in Ethiopia?

Got a question, but maybe someone from here could actually answer it.
At the AGM, apperentley it was said that the New 43-101 report is on target for March-April 2011.
But according to the handout from the AGM, there are 16 more planned drill holes to complete AFTER hole 13.
There is no way they can complete 16 holes in time for March/April in time for the report.
My question is, what will this upcoming report contain? Will it be just an update with the phase 1 results? Or will it include more? Or is it somehow the FINAL report(maybe they will just estimate)?
