Bob has not announced any specific time that he would remove the gag order but some on the board speculate that he will do so when he releases audited financials. According to a recent PR he claims to be planning that for the end of the first quarter of 2011.

Why would he do this but to hide something.

There is no good or even legitimate reason. The only reason to gag the TA is indeed to hide something -- and I've never seen it to be anything other than hiding dilution.
