Maybe write to handshake. He's assitant mod or smit dog who is mod. But I'm not sure there is much to know other then the shares that NPER owns in MDMN. Yet they did become mods for a reason so maybe they can shed some light for us. To believe in NPER means to believe in MDMN is my thought. I agree the board is not fun to read over there but with all the money that has poured into that stock lately I believe they have their JV they've been waiting so long for.
mdmn should do nothing but go up in the near future and little nper will ride on it's coattails.....I wouldn't be too quick to sell my shares as it could climb rapidly once mdmn moves....IMHO
