If they actually sold 3 millions and avg price near .02, good for them. However companies do not operate this way, selling shares directly into the market.

They need money and from the projection they should be in the black soon. I rather have them sell shares at .02 than at .004. If yesterday was their doing, it's ok by me. My cost avg is around .05 and I am not worried.

Don't know if they sold in the open market. It could have been a conversion by one of the note holders. It would be nice to get some clarity.
