I figured out ETRADE's stocks (ala POWER ETRADE) and am not exactly thrilled with NPER. We've been trading downwards ($$$ flowing out) and sideways today. Based on the charts, I would presume that NPER is going to continue to head South because there isn't a lot of new $$$ moving in - just the opposite I'm afraid. At this point, I'm going to take a little more cautious approach since we could easily retract another 20-30%
