Pacha - It's not only most pinks carry going concern...Read the 10Q of most of the big board companies and you will see the same thing. Either the other person is new to pinksheet stocks or he has his own personal agenda to post so called truth/logic about IGSM.

I have been here for a while and I don't think this one is a scam. Last 4 months, company did not pump the stock and dump any shares in the open market to scam investors. So, how are they scamming investors if one is saying it is a scam.

Pacha....I've read it all twice over. This group is hanging on the word of one man. I'm not the only one who sees ALL the possibilities:

Unfortunately IGSM, needs to put out a 10q before their next move....I have spoken to Frances on several occassions....either he is playing this by the book, or he has got nothing and scaming investors. I hope it is not the latter since I still own share in IGSM and have it on Med. Alert.
