if you research the company the projected revenue is 50 million and they say they would have apprx. 12 percent profit...... you do the math!

That would be a good range to start. When a company gives 50% of the OS to its employees you would expect them to honor their shareholders with improving business and meeting expectations. Thats a great incentive for a business that relies on sales and their employees to produce. Google did something similar to this when it first went public and a lot of employees or former employees are now millionaires. I expect OPTZ to reward its employees/shareholders very soon.
