Please tell me CEO's daughter not the one who received 200 million shares for a newly formed company ! Perhaps some of the people posting are correct this goes beyond CEO being ignorant.

Maybe Chairman and CFO could explain why they approved this deal ?

The answer is simple. This is a criminal scam ran by a crook. The evidence is overwhelming. Only someone who had done ZERO due diligence on this farce could come up with any other conclusion.

The BTDG con men will milk the ignorant until this is at zero bid.
