I don't assume anything. It's based upon my experience and my personal opinion.

If the PR'S are true then why all the buys as stated by other members and PPS is at the same ?

Shorting doesn't happen when a stock that has GREAT press releases. It usually rises and then drops if shorted.

With all the BUYS as stated by members on this board then why is the PPS the same ?

My personal opinion is, as buys are coming in someone is DILUTING the pps not shorting.
