Well if no one will divulge anything, I'll go out of my way to speculate (which of course is within the TOU because it is in reference to a company PR and company officials.) Tyler sent out an email saying how full of crap the company is, claiming the 100% occupancy rate, the kiosks, the sportsbook, etc etc. Swank got angry and canned him, but then realized Tyler knows too much and paid him to be a "consultant" so he would shut his yap.
