As I understand, he acquired a shell whose previous owners put out a PR claiming 51% ownership of a property.

He clearly states he's investigating it.

How many times have you seen pinkies put out false PRs?

He could have just claimed that he owns it based solely on the previous PR.

Then what would people be saying? What would have if someone did some DD and found out he doesn't have ownership?

I find his statement honest.
