There is absolutely no legal impediment for the company to report to its owners about the revenues, assets, operating performance, debt, etc. Jeff G is breaching fiduciary responsibilities by continuing a self-serving veil of silence regarding material information.

So, it looks like we finally get a statement of revenue, cash flow, and earnings. And a balance sheet. It will be nice to know what this company does.
