How long should we wait for a disclosure from them? If they never do and the share price sits dead for a long period. How long should we wait before somone takes action against this company? How do you go about filing a complaint to the sec? I have had about enough of this and am willing to take action.

" i do not believe there is any way to know if the sec has been alerted"

Well there is one way to know if the SEC has been alerted. The person or persons who did it know and also may be in communication with others who have submitted a complaint or are going to.

And for the ones who are left to run OWVI we can all see that they have no track record of doing anything in the buisness world.Well except running companies in the ground and then moving on. Some are still CEO or pesidents of other companies which are having the same results. As I was pretty sure that I reverse split was in the works for a long time now with the new management I am more sure than ever. What they hope is the current shareholders basically go away. Leave what little money they still have left and then they can try and land new suckers. They look like they have got away before and have no reason to believe it won't happen again. But it looks like this time they might get called out by the shareholders. You might or might not get any of your investment back but you can get it so they lose whatever they have and if nothing else stop this happening again.
Someone needs to come up with a plan of attack.Be it a petition that shareholders sign and send to the SEC or a compaign to get the shareholders to all write a letter of complaint to the SEC.
Set a date and soon before they have the chance to dilute those added billion shares. Demand the Audit!! Good or bad. IMHO
