The credit line is in place and available. I just don't think they're pulling from it at these prices. They've allotted 80 million shares for the loan and at these prices their going to have to come up with 277 million shares just to cover the loan. I don't think they pulling funds out yet. I don't know what's going on it doesn't make any sense. Somebody is keeping this down for reason.
