can sell but not buy again if three days have not passed?? thats what confuses me - even if i still have settled funds available in the cash purchasing power part of my acct from other previous sales, transfers ? i got two warnings so i guess not. i thought i could use the cash however i wanted. zecco separates purch power from balance. i dont know. ugh
