They know exactly what they are doing, I have seen this game played out this way with 1000 different stocks over the years. Its called dangling the carrot in front of the horse. Dangle, let it get close, pull back, dangle some more. You are forgetting that while they were dangling, this thing traded 10-15 M shares a day up to .19. Think of the money that was exchanged and made by just issuing a few words on a website? These guys made WAY more money than they could ever hope to make running an actual mining operation, at a fraction of the cost and effort. That is the name of the game here on the pinks.

So, true. Ain't nothing but a game here. No JV, no deals. But they will continue to dangle the carrot.
