UTA: Posted this early a.m., apparently he amended his Nov 13G yesterday (19Jan 13G) to show that he uncovered or found an add'l 83K shares for 10.86% vs 10.26% ownership.

Guess he checked his other accounts and found these.

Wish I could find 83K!
