I know that they said they have proof in the law suit but yea he could go running off somewhere but then his assets could be taken
also basu's share count i think is only around 2.4 billion according to the filing she told me in an email 800 million where bought back so i wouldn't doubt if she had the company buy back shares she owned

I'm not sure if he's on his way out of the country just yet, as the "pain management" industry seems to be blossoming in Cali. I don't guess he needs medical billing services any more, though, as most of his "patients" probably pay in cash. ;-)

Note that his annual revenue estimate is $420,000. Ha.
