That is her latest sharecount as of 11.13.10 Im betting she has got more since then. That is more than half the float. How many scam penny stock ceo's own that much of their own companies. Most just dump all the as on the market and cash in. Then do an R/S.

It does not come off as bashing, that is good DD. She had to dump alot of shares to get some working capital, the company was broke. She has wisely used that capital and gone from two employees to 15. Also she hasnt had a paycheck from PPJE like, ever from what I know. This is not a quick buck stock, another year or so and we are off IMO.

most of last years revenues are suppose to show up on 4th quarter do to an error that happened i don't think they'd be expanded in to a bigger office also they said in the filing they had no need to sell shares and company could survive on its own 2 feet

i believe all debt is owed to ceo and why she has so many shares most likely issued at what .0004 so if she sold em back at .0006 she makes a profit also they win the 15 million suit my guess is some good cash will flow from that
