Now if they tell us what their stake is and in a way that we can evaluate their stake we may have something. But simply saying we have a stake does not help much. Kind of like how we were excited about the real estate venture. But once we understood it was not many building etc only one and at that we had to borrow money it really did not have much impact on pps. The little profit that will make divided over all the shares is a nit. And so it goes with all the other investments. We need at least one to show some real near term promise and results. All we own will not show big result for long time, if they ever do. So here we wait and watch as Eric tries to grow this into something of value. Jury is still out on that.

In negotiations is all and for a minority holding. No big deal imo.
