Actually they will transfer the work papers and pick up where the last auditor left off...as for your CPA well it takes at least 60 days to do an audit on a Pub company then to go do one on a Pub company that was once reporting then stopped then wants to again there is a lot of clean up work for the missing years, I could be wrong but ck with your CPA
