I'm betting they release it today via the news outlets. They probably just set their content management system to post the content on January 20, and it automatically loaded onto their site.
Once they start receiving revenues from Rite Aid and the other distributors for their product sales, there will be no need to dilute. So I doubt they are diluting any at this point.
