The CEO of ITRO emailed CR informing him that sales were not up to expectations due to weather conditions and customer reluctance to switch products (fertilizers). Upon receiving this info he dumped shares. The day after delivery all dumped into the open market destroying the share value. It's a small miracle they're still in business. Btw, the trading records from the MM were all subpeonaed and everything. It's not like this was speculation. They had everything to prove what he knew, when he knew it and what he did. Still it got dismissed. It just blows my freakin mind what this piece of CHIT gets away with. Nothing sticks. WTF is written on his contracts that ensures he wins every time? Is there fine print that says he can rape your daughter too? I mean wtf???
